Vacant Home Staging is the process in which we provide furnishings, artwork, and accessories for each room within your home or listing. The question of which rooms should be staged is dependent on the needs of each space and whether or not staging that space will increase the potential value of your home or listing through the sales process.

Sellers listing vacant properties may choose full or partial staging for their home. Rooms that usually have the most impact when staged are Living Rooms, Dining Rooms, Kitchens, Master Bedrooms and Baths. Staging illustrates size and scale of rooms and shows maximum utilization of spaces. It is difficult for most buyers to visualize how furniture will fit in rooms. Our goal in staging vacant homes is for buyers to take the time in the home to fully appreciate it. Statistics show buyers spend much more time in furnished homes than in empty houses. Home Staging Consultations

When a home is listed for sale it becomes a marketable product. It is often difficult for Sellers to see their home as anything other than their own, filled with their furnishings and memories. Our Consultations offer an impartial view of the home as buyers would see it. AboutFace provides an opinion based on other homes we currently see on the market and makes suggestions as to what areas of the home would benefit from updating, painting, furniture placement or editing. Clients use this information to prepare the home themselves prior to presenting to potential buyers.
